Bolehkah wanita tanpa mahram menunaikan Umrah?

Umrah (ﻋﻤﺮﻩ) in language is pilgrimage, while in terms of terms agreed by most scholars it is tawaf in Baitullah, and Saie between Safa and Marwah with ihram. (Refer to Al-Mausu’ah al-Fiqhiyyah, 30/314) [1]
Firman Allah (SWT):
وَأَتِمُّوا الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ لِلَّهِ
Meaning: “And complete Hajj and Umrah for the sake of Allah.”
(Surah al-Baqarah: 196) [2]
Some scholars think that the law of performing Umrah is obligatory or obligatory to be done once in a lifetime for those who are able. Sahih from the school of Imam as-Syafie.
However, Hajj and Umrah are considered circumcision to be done repeatedly. This is because there are many advantages that have been promised to those who perform Hajj and Umrah with full sincerity and piety.
From Abu Hurairah R.A, the Prophet SAW said:
الْعُمْرَةُ إِلَى الْعُمْرَةِ كَفَّارَةٌ لِمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَالْحَجُّ الْمَبْرُورُ لَيْسَ لَهُ جَزَاءٌ إِلاَّ الْجَنَّةُ
It means: “Ibadah Umrah to the next Umrah is kaffarah (removal of sins) between the two. And a successful Hajj has no reward (for the doer) except heaven.” [3]
Narrated by Al-Bukhari (1773) and Muslim (1449)
The hadith above clearly shows us that the Shari’at of Hajj and Umrah is a great Shari’at from the side of Allah SWT. This can clearly be seen based on the hadith that has been stated as above. The Prophet SAW has promised the reward of heaven to whoever reaches the mabrur level in the performance of his Hajj. Likewise for those who perform Umrah repeatedly, their minor sins will be wiped out throughout the duration of the Umrah. [4]
